Upon receiving your contact form, Max will then send Max membership applicants a reply with all the details on how to get started as well as our latest 'What's On' newsletter. All other enquiries will be processed at the earliest possible time and a timely response forwarded.

Your Max Leisure card will be issued to you at an activity venue or posted to you by mail. Membership of the promotional card is activated upon payment of your monthly fee. Payments are accepted at specific participating venues by CASH, CHEQUE , VISA, AMEX and MC.
